Description of the problem	After i filled up gas and parked for 2 days, i went back to the car and smelled gas odor from the outside and the inside of the car. I drove the car for 78 miles and still smell the gas while driving. I went back and parked, the smell still occurred. When i checked online, there was a lot of complaint about this issue ( fuel sending unit) on this car (mercedes benz wagon 4matic e 350. 2003-2009. ) the gas sending unit has leaked. I think this is a safety issue that nhtsa should open up the investigation and conduct a recall about this issue, because i have two children's of my own that sit in the backseat of our vehicle. I will take no chances to drive this vehicle and we still own a payment on it. If this issue is not being investigate, i will take it up to the next level ( national television).
